Dalton Maag in Switzerland
Jeannette Derrer will lead our Zurich office which was founded in partnership by herself and Bruno Maag, director of Dalton Maag London. Jeannette has the same background as Bruno, both having done an apprenticeship as typesetters and typographers. She then moved on to write in trade journals about the changes in the publishing industry and eventually moved into PR. She has a federal certificate PR Fachfrau – and in addition is trained to deal with corporate communications.
The Swiss office aims to strengthen the trust we have gained with many Swiss and German clients and to improve on the service demands placed on us. Naturally, we will be actively seeking a presence in the media and at conferences. To be able to be close to our clients, both geographically and by language, was a main argument for opening the Swiss office.
