The Dream font family was created exclusively for Camelot, the operators of the UK's National Lottery. The family consists of four weights, ranging from Light to Heavy. Although all of the weights are from the same mould, they have been crafted to specifically reflect their usage.

The unusual design process of starting with the extreme weight, Heavy, proved to be the right approach in this case.

The two heavier weights are for display usage and are used to promote the Lottery's various games. They are only used in larger sizes, and their more extravagant design reflects the more fun application.

The lighter weights are for more serious usage, at smaller sizes, when communicating the good causes of The National Lottery. As its primary function is to be easily read, many of the features in the heavier weights have been removed.
