- Why have I not yet received my password?
- Passwords are sent immediately upon receipt of your request, but as with all email, delays can occur. If you don't receive the email within a reasonable time, contact us for manual assistance.
- Which currencies can I pay in?
- You can pay online in any of eight currencies. We chose the currencies which best met the needs of our international audience: Australian Dollar, Brazilian Real, British Pound, Canadian Dollar, Euro, New Zealand Dollar, Swiss Franc, US Dollar. You can change the currency in which prices are shown and charged using the selection box at the top right of each page.
- How much extra do I pay if I choose another currency?
- We update rates daily at midnight, using data provided by the European Central Bank. These are interbank rates, and we charge no premium for any currency. Check with your card provider to find out if they will charge any fees for your choice of currency.
- Which types of card can I use?
- The cards which are accepted vary by currency. The acceptable card types for your choice of currency are shown at the bottom of each page, and at check-out.
- Can I use my American Express card?
- We can currently only accept American Express for British Pound and US Dollar transactions.
- Can I use my Maestro card?
- We can currently only accept UK-issued Maestro cards which are paying in British Pounds.
- When do I receive my order?
- Fonts are available for download immediately after payment has been made. Physical goods, such as books, posters, and clothing, are posted within 24 hours of order.
- What do I do if I buy the wrong font?
- Stop, do not download the file, and contact us. Provided you haven't downloaded the font file, we are able to give a full refund, or replacement. Once you have downloaded the file, we're not able to refund or replace unless the error was ours.
