Commissioned Fonts

Clients who commission an original font from us can be reassured that we offer technical support once the fonts are delivered. We offer support via email in English, German and French, with queries usually answered within 24 hours. In most cases we can solve the problem easily and immediately. If the case is more difficult we will investigate in detail and will present an explanation and a solution as soon as we are able. For clients with original fonts the after sales service is free of charge for up to four months from the date of delivery.

Modified Fonts

Clients who commission a font modification receive the same free email support service for a period of one month from the delivery of the font product.
