Our Library: User Licensing
Our Standard User Licence allows you to install our fonts on computers, and other equipment that you own or lease, for use by your own staff, members of the public, and others. The size of the licence limits the maximum number of simultaneous users of machines on which the fonts are installed, not the number of computers on which it can be installed.
For example, the fonts could be installed on a desktop and a laptop computer of a member of staff and, provided the two machines are never in use at the same time, this would count only as a single user.
If the fonts are installed on a server which is used by multiple people at the same time, you require one user licence per simultaneous user of the server.
Our Collective Licence allows a client to buy one licence to cover all of their suppliers in one. The definition and administration of users is identical to our Standard licence.
