15 Years of Dalton Maag

'Speak to me' celebrates our high quality font designs in the form of a touring exhibition. It was first shown in Zurich, Switzerland to celebrate our Swiss office's first birthday, and of course Dalton Maag's fifteen years of service to the design industry. So far the exhibition has also been to St Gallen, London, Belfast and Dublin, with Edinburgh, Cardiff and Leipzig on the calendar over the next few month.

The exhibition discusses six themes of font design: brand and emotion, design, language and technology, screen display, inspiration and miscellaneous. All of the visuals are beautifully laid out on custom-designed tables that in themselves are objects of an exhibition. Each but one of the tables contains a speaker via which Bruno Maag shares his thoughts on the theme of the table. The exhibition is intended to be inspirational and to show the craft skills involved to create items of beauty and functionality.
