During the soccer World Cup 2006 in Germany, all teams wearing Puma kits also displayed a font designed by Dalton Maag in conjunction with London design agency GBH. The font needed to have a contemporary look and feel 'in motion' without compromising on the legibility. Unusually, all the players' names are exclusively set in lowercase aiding the reading process. Not only are Italy, the winners, a top class team, thanks to the typography and fashionable kits they also look good.
