Faulty Goods

If goods arrive damaged, or are faulty, email us to let us know and we will ask you to return them to us at our cost and we will provide a replacement.

Your Right to Cancel

If you are buying as a Consumer, you have the right to cancel the contract of sale at any time from formation of the contract until seven working days after the goods are delivered.

Exceptions to the Rule

You cannot cancel orders for:

• products with a fluctuating price
• audio or video recordings, or computer software, if you have unsealed them
• downloadable audio or video recordings, or software, once download has been initiated
• periodicals and newspapers
• customized products

How to Cancel

You should inform us by email no later than eight working days after delivery if you wish to cancel your order. You should take reasonable care of the goods, not use them, and return them at your cost to our UK address for a full refund.
